Pick-Up Service
As of today it is possible to pick-up your orders at our office. After the receivement of your order and payment we will process your order with speed. As soon as your products are available you will be informed that you may pick-up your order.

Our Pick-Up service is available at folowing schedule:
- Mon-Thu from 09h00 to 18h00
- Fri from 09h00 to 19h00
Shipments
Several factors decide which shipment cost you'll need to pay. It is advisable first to register and then shop. This way you'll always have the correct transport cost shown when you fill your basket.
Some guidelines are:
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 6,90 Euro
- UK, France, Denemark: 10,00 Euro
- All transport costs mentioned on this page are VAT included.
- Our shipments are handled by third party transport companies like GLS Logistics Belgium, UPS. All shipments will be offered at your delivery address during office hours (08h00 and 18h00). This will be done twice in case nobody has accepted the shipment the first time.
- Delivery times are strictly informational and only for orders which are in stock.
- Our orders are processed daily until 3PM. After 3PM orders will be processed the next day.
